Pumpkin Bread

Can we say YUMMO! This pumpkin bread was divine! Ok, so I went a little too heavy on the powdered sugar, but it was delish!!!


Pumpkin Bread

1 3/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/3 cup water
1 cup pumpkin
*powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients, mix well. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, water, eggs, vanilla, and oil, mix well. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and beat thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased loaf (bundt/cake/or muffin pan). Bake for 75-80 minutes (less than this for muffins). Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.

*Sprinkle with powdered sugar for a festive look.
